What sort of property/area are you looking at?
I asked an old mate from Dorset who I knew well (we used to go shooting vermin on his land back in the day) if he had room for this but he's since divorced and moved so that was a no-no.
He did suggest seeing if you could annex to a zoo/nature reserve/sanctuary (he suggested Monkey World, but only because it is local to him).
I assume you've already gone down that path though. Are you limited as to how far north you can go?

Thanks everyone,I'm looking for somewhere for me and my birds to live,prefer if. It was around here but willing to relocate,I have about 100 parrots so need to be away from humans really,know it is a long shot but more people know better the chance.
